How it works
Instructional Designer, Field Operations
You will partner with team leads to run a needs analysis and write objectives a manager can observe. You will storyboard short modules for the floor and pilot each build with a facilitator…
01 · The source. Drop in a job or messy SOP.
The suite
Each product is a specialist with a deterministic offline path. Versions land in one store so you can list, show, and compare runs.

Lesson critic
Paste an outline or storyboard. Get alignment scores, then a rewrite of the weak part.
Open Lesson criticWhy it holds up
01
Objective, activity, and assessment share one verb on one object. A scavenger hunt against an objective that asks for an explanation fails the chain. Lesson critic scores that chain 1–5 and rewrites the weakest link.
02
Quiz items are short scenarios with plausible next moves. The answer key stays hidden until you commit, then feedback names the next move, why, and what an observer checks.
03
Swap the job title for a different role. If the skills, practice, and quiz still read as a coherent module for that other role, the run is marked invalid and never stored as a success.
Continuity
When the accepted set is ready, Export hands one JSON pack to Call → Coach and Lesson critic. The scenario, next move, and observer checks show up in the coaching notes and the alignment rewrite. No re-paste.
