Constructive alignment

Objective, activity, and assessment share one verb on one object. A scavenger hunt against an objective that asks for an explanation fails the chain. Lesson critic scores that chain 1–5 and rewrites the weakest link.

Retrieval before feedback

Quiz items are short scenarios with plausible next moves. The answer key stays hidden until you commit, then feedback names the next move, why, and what an observer checks.

The title-swap test

Swap the job title for a different role. If the skills, practice, and quiz still read as a coherent module for that other role, the run is marked invalid and never stored as a success.
